Pino: 'There is a particular interest in President Varela to manage Meduca'

"There are two ministries of Education, one led by President Juan Carlos Varela from the Presidency and the other by the Minister Marcela Paredes de Vasquez," as well said the teachers' union leader, Yadira Pino.
