Credentials prevented states to investigate Harry Diaz

Although he said there will to investigate possible corruption in the judiciary, Jorge Ivan Arrocha, said he was unable to build a case against judges of the Court.

Arrocha argued that until now there is not a formal complaint against the judge Harry Diaz. And the letter to the National Assembly tfron he presiding judge of the Court, Jose Ayu Prado, has no effect due to lack of formality required by the procedures in these cases.

The deputy accused the magistrates of creating a media show to send a letter to the Credentials Committee that does not meet the requirements of the law.

 
Also, Arrocha said the civil society or anyone can get a complaint against the nine judges of the Supreme Court .

After the words of Arrocha , members of civic groups, were stunned by the words of the deputy.
